Abstract

The fresher and purer the substances that are used in the manufacture of food items, the more pure and quality the manufactured food items will be. If adulterated and impure substances are used in the manufacture of food items, then the manufactured food items will be of low quality and cause diseases in humans. Pure food is necessary for every human being not only for survival but also for leading a healthy and active life. Due to this, there is a gradual development of the body. If the growing children do not get all the essential nutrients in the food, then those children suffer from many diseases. Children who eat impure food often become victims of malnutrition. Malnutrition in individuals and children is mostly due to not getting enough nutritious food. Because it is necessary that the food contains a sufficient amount of minerals, proteins, fats, sugars, water, etc. Which is very essential for the body, but in today's adulterated era, there is a competition to make the food items available in the shops and markets tasty and sell them, and the quality of the food items is given less attention. The substances and chemicals which are used to make the food items palatable, there is a possibility of many diseases arising from them. Through this research paper, the researcher aims to make society aware by studying the causes of diseases and harm caused to human society due to the adulteration of food items.
