Abstract
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia was a pioneering thinker and social reformer in Indian politics who advocated for equality, freedom, and women's rights in society. His ideas are highly relevant for promoting the social, political, and economic empowerment of women. Lohia rejected the conservative outlook towards women and emphasized gender equality, asserting that women's participation was essential for national reconstruction. This study analyzes Dr. Lohia's thoughts and evaluates his contributions in the context of women's empowerment. It also assesses the relevance of his ideas in contemporary society. The study concludes that Dr. Lohia's ideas are not only inspiring for modern society but also play a crucial role in eliminating gender inequality and building an egalitarian society.
